Bushbalm Soft lists prices in CAD. Check the order total, applicable taxes and any chosen delivery charge before proceeding. Our standard shipping is free; delivery details appear in the Shipping Policy.
Methods shown in checkout
The methods actually displayed for your checkout are the ones you can select. Availability can vary. We do not list unconfirmed card brands, digital wallets or instalment services as accepted options. If checkout gives you no usable choice, ask us at support@bushbalmsoft.shop before trying again.
Your payment information
Use the designated checkout payment flow for sensitive payment details. Never send full card numbers or security codes through email. The relevant payment provider processes the transaction. A temporary authorization may precede a completed debit; the actual status is shown by the checkout and provider. No unverified capture timing is promised here.
If a transaction is not clear
Check order confirmation and the payment status before repeating an unsuccessful attempt. Contact us if a payment remains pending or appears twice. Include a safe order or transaction reference, not complete payment credentials. We will examine the order and explain the relevant follow-up with the provider.
Returning funds
Approved return refunds are processed to the original method within 10 business days after the item is received and reviewed. The payment institution may take longer to post the credit.
