Our delivery area

Orders from Bushbalm Soft are delivered within Canada, across the provinces and territories and including Quebec. Enter your address at checkout to see its available services. These delivery services are offered within Canada.

Preparing and transporting an order

Processing takes 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard transport is estimated at around 4–6 business days. These are separate stages. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from business-day estimates, and transport estimates can vary with carrier or destination conditions.

Delivery charges and options

Standard shipping is free. Checkout may also offer Express and will display the charge and any estimate supplied for that option. Any estimate displayed for your selected delivery service is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Review the final option and total before paying.

Following the shipment

Use the tracking information when it is supplied. Contact support@ishowfirstmail.com with your order reference if tracking is missing, has not updated as expected or needs explanation.

Corrections and problems in transit

Please check the full address when ordering. A correction should be requested immediately so we can see if it remains possible before dispatch. For a delay, missing parcel, damage, an undeliverable return or a delivery scan that you dispute, send the order details. We will review the shipment records and explain the next step rather than automatically close the matter because of a carrier scan.
