These conditions apply when you browse or buy from Bushbalm Soft. Give accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. A purchase requires the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to transact. If you use an account, keep its credentials secure and tell us of suspected unauthorized access.

Choosing an item

Check the description, ingredients, use instructions, warnings, included quantity and selected options. Store prices use CAD. A displayed comparison amount is separate from the selected variant’s purchase price. Inventory and listings can change, so please review the final selection rather than assume that a previously viewed option remains available.

Submitting a purchase

Confirm the basket, address and amount before payment. The acknowledgement records your order request; it does not cure an identified availability, payment or significant pricing error. If we cannot fulfil the request as submitted, we will explain the issue and appropriate correction or cancellation. Refunds owed in that situation go back to the original payment method.
