If you would like to return an order from Bushbalm Soft, send a request to support@ishowfirstmail.com no later than 30 days after delivery. Provide your order reference, the product and the reason, and retain the receipt and packaging while your request is assessed.

Tell us about the item

Include its condition and whether it has been opened or used. Return eligibility is explained before a parcel is sent. We assess personal-care returns with regard to the product’s condition, relevant hygiene and safety considerations, and the consumer rights that apply.

From request to return

  1. Share the order reference, condition and any photographs relevant to the request.
  2. Receive our instructions for the correct return destination and shipping method.
  3. Follow those instructions and retain the proof of shipment.

Eligible return shipping is paid by us. Do not use our merchant contact address as a return destination without instructions.

Receiving your money back

We review returned items after receipt. When a refund is approved, it is processed within 10 business days after receipt and review and goes back through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider posting can take additional time. If a return cannot be approved, we explain the decision.

An order problem is different from a change of mind

Please report damage, missing items or the wrong item promptly with the order reference and relevant photos of the item and packaging. We review the circumstances and the appropriate remedy. This process does not take away any mandatory consumer remedy.

Before dispatch and exchange requests

For a change or cancellation, reach us as soon as possible so we can see whether fulfilment still allows it. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has progressed. Ask us about an exchange before returning an item; we will explain the return and replacement choices available.
